Good Luck Spells

Good luck spells are a bit generic, but if you are just looking to improve overall state in life without focusing on a specific aspect of it, this is the way to go. Besides, a little extra luck never hurt anyone.

Little Bag o’ Luck

I’ve been on a charm bag kick lately, and this is another good example of this type of spell.

  • 1 piece of lodestone
  • 1 piece of pyrite
  • 1 piece of jade
  • 1 piece of bloodstone
  • A small fabric bag (orange is best)
  • 1 large bay leaf (dry is fine)
  • Cedar or mint oil

Rub a few drops of oil in your hands, and rub the various crystals together to get them nicely anointed. One by one, drop them into the charm bag. Repeat “fortune and luck” out loud with each stone. Then add the bay leaf. Try not to break the leaf up into too many pieces when you do so. Tie the bag shut, and start to carry it with you. A pocket or purse would do. Your fortunes should change soon.

A Lucky Seven Candle

You’ll want a bigger candle for this spell, because you need to let it burn for a while. Shouldn’t be huge, but don’t start this with a tiny little votive either.

  • An orange candle
  • Something sharp to carve the candle with
  • Mint oil

Think about the areas in your life where you want some good luck, and start to carve your candle. Inscribe the work “luck” seven times, preferable around the candle rather than just down one side. Rub mint oil over the places where you carved.

Start your spell on a Thursday, and light your candle. Let it burn for one hour, and then snuff it out. You have to repeat this at the same time each day for the next 6 days (7 days total). Since this good luck spell needs to be continued at the same time each day, pick some time that is convenient for the entire week.

At the end, if there is any candle left, bury it outside near your home.
